E2RD earrings that will not be in stock at the time of purchase will be delivered within 25 days of purchase.
For orders accepted by the end of November, we guarantee that they will be under the Christmas tree. Thank you for your trust.

Methods of payment
Buying E2RD jewelry allows the following payment methods:
with cash at the pick-up point or at sales stands, according to the proforma invoice (UPN order) on the company's current account or with PAYPAL
Issuance of invoice
E2RD also sends a physical invoice to the customer upon delivery of the ordered items.
The invoice includes a breakdown of the price and all costs related to the purchase, as well as a notice of the right to withdraw from the contract. The buyer is obliged to check the correctness of the data before placing the order. Subsequent objections regarding the correctness of the issued invoices are not taken into account.
Purchase notification process
After placing the order, the buyer receives a notification by e-mail that the order has been accepted. The E2RD oNLINE SHoP member always has access to information on the status and content of the order on the website.
E2RD may call the customer's contact telephone number to verify the information or to ensure the accuracy of the delivery.
The purchase procedure for legal entities is exactly the same as for natural persons, except that at the end of the purchase he/she also enters the name of the company and the tax number of the company. There are also equal payment options.
The right of withdrawal of the customer from the contract
In the case of distance contracts, the customer (according to Article 43c of ZVPot) has the right to notify the company within 14 days by e-mail (bojana.kz@gmail.com) that he withdraws from the contract without having to state reason for their decision. The return of the received goods to the company within the deadline for withdrawal from the contract is considered a notice of withdrawal from the contract.
The customer must return the goods to the company no later than 14 days after the notification of withdrawal from the order. The customer returns the goods to the address: E2RD GALLERY, Gosposka 34, 2000 Maribor, SLOVENIA. Upon receipt of the goods, the company returns all payments made to the customer in accordance with the law. The only cost borne by the customer in connection with the withdrawal from the order is the cost of returning the goods. This cost reflects the amount charged by the delivery service.
Returned products must be undamaged, unused and packed in the original and undamaged packaging.
When returning the goods, the customer also sends an invoice for the goods and personal data, and possibly a transaction account to which he wishes to receive the returned payment. We will refund the payment within 14 days of receiving the notice of withdrawal from the contract. We will refund the purchase price in the same way as the order was paid.
The customer (this applies only to natural persons who acquire goods for purposes outside their gainful activity) has the right to notify the company (e-mail: bojana.kz@gmail.com) within 14 days of receipt of the items to withdraw from the contract, without having to state the reason for their decision. The deadline starts the day after the date of receipt. The only cost borne by the consumer in connection with the withdrawal from the contract is the cost of returning the item (which in the case of shipping is charged according to the price list of the delivery service and depends on whether it is a shipment / package / cargo). The item must be returned to the seller no later than 30 days after the notification of withdrawal from the contract (purchase).
The received item must be returned undamaged and in unaltered quantity, unless the item is destroyed, damaged, lost or its quantity has decreased without the fault of the customer. The customer may not use the items without hindrance until the withdrawal from the contract. The customer may inspect and test the articles to the extent strictly necessary to establish the actual situation. He/she is liable for a reduction in the value of the goods if the reduction is the result of conduct not necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

The online store www.e2rd.org is owned by the company E2RD DIZAJN Bojana Kovačič Zemljič s.p. The General Terms and Conditions of Use have been drawn up in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot), the Personal Data Protection Act (ZVOP-1) and the Electronic Communications Act (ZEKom-1).

Types of users
By registering in the online store, you become a member of E2RD oNLINE SHoP. Registered members as well as guests who make a quick purchase and are not registered yet, have the right to purchase in the online store.
Upon registration in the online store, the visitor obtains a username that is the same as his/her e-mail address, and a password. If a user wishes to change their email address or password at any time, they can do so on their profile.
Availability of information
E2RD Gallery is committed to always providing the customer with the following information:
a) the identity of the company (name and registered office, register number),
b) contact details that enable the user to communicate quickly and efficiently (e-mail, telephone),
c) the essential characteristics of the goods or services (including after-sales services and guarantees),
d) the availability of the products (any product or service offered on the website should be available within a reasonable time),
e) conditions of delivery of the product or execution of the service (method, place and time of delivery),
f) all prices must be clearly and unambiguously set and it must be clearly indicated whether they already include taxes and transport costs,
g) method of payment and delivery,
h) time validity of the offer,
i) the period within which it is still possible to withdraw from the contract and the conditions for withdrawal; in addition, if and how much it costs the customer to return the product,
j) an explanation of the complaint procedure, including all details of the contact person or customer service,
k) the possibility and conditions of after-sales services and voluntary guarantees, where necessary.
Offer of items and prices
Due to the nature of online business, the offer and prices in the E2RD online store are constantly updated. The price in the online store is the same for registered members and guests of the online store.
Prices are in Euros (€). They are valid at the time of placing the order and do not have a predetermined validity. Prices are valid in case of payment with the above methods of payment, under the above conditions.
VAT is not calculated on the basis of paragraph 1 of Article 94 of ZDDV-1 (we are not liable for VAT).
E2RD stores all contracts that are accessible to the customer. Thus, each subscriber receives a confirmation of purchase. At the same time, he can contact our company and we will provide him with a saved contract upon request.
Order and prices
In the online store E2RD oNLINE SHoP it is possible to order products 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The products can be ordered in English and are delivered in the territory of the Republic of Slovenia and the European Union.
The order can be performed by a natural or legal person. If the purchase is made by a legal entity, additional data fields must be filled.
The order becomes valid and irrevocable when the customer submits it (presses the "complete purchase" button in the shopping cart), and immediately afterwards receives an electronic notification from the provider about the successful submission of the order. This email did not confirm that the product was in stock or that shipping had begun. In the case of payment by debit card or cash on delivery, the order will be confirmed and shipped no later than 5 working days after placing the order, with a new e-notification of confirmation and shipment of the order. When the total amount of the order is transferred to the current account of the provider, the order is paid. The buyer has 3 days to pay for the order according to the proforma invoice, if he does not pay for the order within this time, the provider can cancel the order / contract.
If the order cannot be executed for other reasons, the buyer will be notified by e-mail. In the event of an error, the customer can cancel the order within the time of receiving the electronic notification of confirmation and shipment of the order at no additional cost.
If the provider suspects that the online store has been misused, he may reject the order. By executing the order, the customer confirms that he has been acquainted with the general terms and conditions.
The purchase contract is stored with the provider, and the registered user can access it at any time through his user account in the online store. In either case, the user can request a purchase agreement via email.
All prices are in euros (EUR). Prices do not include delivery or postage costs. When buying, the prices are valid at the time of placing the order. The expiration dates of the promotional prices are listed in the online store.
The listed prices only apply to purchases in the online store and may differ from the prices at other E2RD points of sale. We reserve the right to daily changes in product prices in the online store without prior notice.
The sales contract is stored in electronic form on the E2RD server. Each customer who orders jewelry in the online store will receive a confirmation of purchase, a message about the shipment of jewelry and at the end a message that the order is completed. A physical invoice for the purchase is received by each customer by mail, along with the ordered jewelry.
PRIVACY POLICY
The E2RD online store uses appropriate technological and organizational means to protect the transfer and storage of personal data and payments. Secure authorizations and credit card transactions are handled by the Squarespaece platform and the Paypal service. Credit card authorizations are performed in real time with immediate verification of data at banks. Card information is not stored on the E2RD website server.
Protection of personal data
E2RD is committed to the permanent protection of all personal data of the user in accordance with ZVOP-1.
E2RD indefinitely stores the following data of registered members of E2RD oNLINE SHoP: name and surname, e-mail address, contact telephone number, primary address and delivery addresses, country of residence, time and date of registration.
E2RD uses the stated personal data exclusively for the purpose of fulfilling the order (sending information material, offers, invoices) and other necessary communication with the member.
Under no circumstances will the user's data be passed on to unauthorized persons.
The user is also responsible for the protection of personal data by ensuring the security of his e-mail address, username and password and the appropriate software (anti-virus) protection of his computer.
Familiarization with the company's responsibility for factual errors
The company is responsible for material defects in the goods, which appear within two years of receipt of the goods, in accordance with the provisions of ZVPOT.
Communication
E2RD will contact the user via means of distance communication only if the user does not explicitly object to this, and in accordance with the provisions of ZEKom-1. Advertising e-mails and / or SMS messages will contain the following components:

the sender will be clearly visible, various campaigns, promotions and other marketing techniques will be marked as such.
The conditions for participation in them will also be clearly defined. The method of unsubscribing from receiving advertising messages at the request of the user that he does not want to receive advertising messages will be clearly presented, E2RD will explicitly respect this.

Limitation of liability
E2RD makes every effort to ensure that the information published on the website is up-to-date and correct. Nevertheless, the characteristics of the items, the delivery time or the price may change so quickly that E2RD sometimes fails to update the information on the websites. In such a case, E2RD will notify the customer of the changes and allow him to withdraw from the contract or replace the ordered item.
Complaints and disputes
E2RD complies with applicable consumer protection legislation. E2RD makes every effort to fulfill its duty to set up an effective complaint handling system and to designate a person with whom, in the event of problems, the customer can contact by telephone or e-mail.
The complaint is submitted via the e-mail address bojana.kz@gmail.com The complaint handling procedure is confidential. E2RD will acknowledge receipt of the complaint within five working days, inform the customer how long it will take to process it and keep him informed of the progress of the procedure.
Out-of-court settlement of consumer disputes
In accordance with legal norms E2RD, Bojana Kovačič - Zemljič s.p. does not recognize any provider for of out-of-court settlement of consumer disputes as competent for resolving consumer disputes that could be initiated by the consumer in accordance with the Out-of-Court Settlement of Consumer Disputes Act.
